How can I create my own custom laptop sleeve?

Click on the "start designing" button just above the FAQ and use our builder to import your pictures and customize your sleeve! Once you are happy with the design simply check out!

Which size should I order?

Measure the length and the width of your laptop or tablet and compare it to our size guide below! The size guide specifies the maximum measurements of a device to fit into the corresponding sleeve size.

How is the Laptop Sleeve Made?

In both our printing studios we use an industrial grade printer for a bright and long lasting print. The neoprene fabric is first printed then once combined with the inner cushioning, it is sewn together in your desired size. As each sleeve is custom and handmade, there could be slight size variations.

How can I make sure my image won't turn out blurry/dull?

Please use images that are 1280x1024 pixels or larger, and inspect the image that it is not blurry to begin with! Please remember that the colours that appear on screen could be slightly different than in real life, as the colour greatly depends on your screen brightness settings. If you want a bright print, please lower your screen brightness and adjust accordingly. 

Can I use any images for my custom sleeve?

Mostly Yes! As long as you own the image or have the right to use it. Please don't use trademarked logos, movie/brand pictures, pictures of celebrities etc. Please do not upload any racist or discriminatory content. We are not responsible for checking the legality of the images you upload, and reserve the right to cancel an order without disclosing the reason.

I have a final design/artwork, can I still place the order?

Yes! You can still upload the image as a background in the builder and proceed. If for some reason you can't or don't want to use the builder, you can send us the image and desired sleeve size by email at hello@customlaptopsleeve.com and we will let you know the next steps.

Can I order a macbook case with the same design?

Yes! We don't yet have it listed on our website but you can order a macbook skin or macbook hard case with the same artwork! Just write us an email at hello@customlaptopsleeve.com!

Shipping & Delivery

We offer a simple shipping fee structure $4.50 per sleeve to wherever you are in the USA. Shipping times average 10-20 days. If an item was to get damaged during shipping, we will replace it free of charge.

Processing Times

As each sleeve must be printed, sewn together and pass our internal quality controls, please allow 3-6 business days processing time.

Where do you ship from?

Depending on where you are and how many orders we have backlogged, we will ship from different locations. We currently create the sleeves in two locations one in Europe and one in Asia. The location of production does not affect your shipping cost of $4.50 per sleeve.

What is your refund policy?

We want you to be 100% happy with your sleeve. Please double check your design before checking out. As each laptop sleeve is custom made according to your requirements, we cannot accept returns. If  someone on our team made a mistake on your order, we will resend you the correct sleeve free of charge of course.  

Do you have any special offers?

We don't really ever discount the custom laptop sleeve. However, if you sign up to our newsletter you get 10% off discount code to your email for your first order.
